- Whole-Scale Change Builds commitment, generates creative solutions, and significantly speeds-up the process of design and implementation. Stakeholders from all levels and functions, often including important customers and suppliers from outside the organization, participate in a series of workshops where they create a high-performance work system (processes and guidelines for working together). Workshop topics are selected and tailored to meet the needs of the organization and often include visioning, customer/supplier partnering, and organization design.
- Meeting Facilitation Focuses on a specific need or topic such as developing a mission or vision, identifying opportunities for cost savings, getting everyone in agreement regarding goals and priorities, and issue resolution to bring opposing views to consensus on a common approach. We design and expertly facilitate sessions ranging from two-hour meetings to multi-day off-site workshops designed to achieve specific objectives.
- Consulting and Coaching Provides objective, individualized guidance and a sounding board to assist in managing the change process. We meet with you to clarify your goals and to define what a successful outcome would look like. Followed by regular one-on-one coaching sessions, we help you to think through current issues, hone your skills, and implement changes step-by-step.
