DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP

Design thinking is an approach to problem solving or innovating that puts people at the center. When we are typically faced with a challenge, we often hone in on one solution and implement it without first understanding if people will like it and use it - or if it even fully addresses the problem.

With design thinking, you spend more time exploring and learning about the solution space. In this workshop, you will confront assumptions, engage users and customers along the way, get feedback, and iterate. This intentional process ensures that when you launch, your solution is embraced. One to two days.

Learning to harness and parlay your team’s individual strengths is a game-changing skill – one we can teach you as a way to ensure an edge in the marketplace.

Participants will develop newfound abilities in three key areas:
